This hint is shown when we are setting the background color transparency for the favorite cloud. Normally the app drawer times out after a few seconds if it doesn't have the clock bubble. You can set the favorite cloud background transparency to achieve certain effects on 3rd party watch faces: Quick Veil mode and augmented watch faces.
