Stupid Google in Oreo update has added yet another obstacle for mini launcher apps: a persistent notification which is not easy to turn off. I am getting a lot of 1-star ratings and angry emails from disgruntled users. Even though I published a post in the Troubleshooting page, of course nobody reads it. It is easier for them to give a bad rating 🙁

I hope this animated message will catch the attention of these quick to condemn users. I am really disturbed by all the negativity from every side. Google making it harder for devs and users alike. And users so quick to jump on devs instead of Google. So unfair!!
