BACKGROUND
I have always thought the bubble clouds on the phone should be left to organize themselves. As soon as we adjusted them manually (in a drag-and-drop manner), the layout would become rigid. The ability to freely modify the size and shape of the home screen widget and many other functions (such as the auto-population, or the automatic removal of bubbles on uninstall, not to mention the automatic bubble size changes) these all would become inoperable… Hence my reluctance to add complete manual control.

But, with the controls demonstrated in this post you still have much control over both the shape of the cloud and the position of the bubbles in it without sacrificing the advanced features I listed above.
