Theme Pack #10 updated

I have added gauge options to all 4 analog themes in Theme Pack #10:

• Dedicated active and ambient pointers (not the default hour hands)
• 4 different scale orientations and styles
• Infinite variability: you can use a scale or hand from any theme in Pack #4, Pack #8, #9 and now #10 (see selective theme application)
