Theme Pack #9 updated

I have added gauge options to both analog themes in Theme Pack #9:

• Dedicated active and ambient pointers (not the default hour hands)
• Two different scale orientations and styles
• Infinite variability: you can use a scale or hand from any theme in Pack #4, Pack #8 and #9 (see selective theme application)
