It was pointed out to me, that the Play Store version (v1.09) of Theme Pack 1 / “Classic” theme (shown in my earlier posts) was not able to display live-info bubbles on the ambient screen, no matter how you configured it.

Yes, you need version 1.10 of it for this to work properly (all theme packs will be updated with the next update of the main app). I now published version 1.10beta.
