POOR RESPONSE TIMES
► Oreo JobIntentService was way too slow for contact and smart home bubble actions (it could take 5 minutes for the phone to react, ridiculous!)
► I restored regular background services even though this means notification icons need to show while processing
► The official Android Oreo workaround is just garbage
