► Weather bubbles did not update in v9.00 because of API changes. Fixed by updating to use JobDispatcher.
► Eliminated a concurrency sometimes causing background services to fail to communicate with watch
► I had to disable wifi tethering toggle for Android O and later. Google no longer allows 🙁
