In the latest version I brought support to the surface of the app:
Sending an email with questions or suggestions became as easy as pressing the talk-bubble icon on the top of the screen.

This is all to show the value of Your Feedbacks: Most features of Bubble Clouds were suggested by users, and one reported bug may solve a problem for many others, who might not take the time to contact me.

Sitting at my computer most of the time, it is not difficult for me to respond within a day (sometimes within minutes). Questions can often be cleared up with a screenshot or missing step. Clarifications on recurring questions eventually make it to this page, the Play Store description or even in the app itself.
